Ratify C190!

C190 establishes the right of everyone to a world of work free from violence and harassment, including gender-based violence and harassment.

It is the first international law to do so.

To realise a world of work free from violence and harassment, the wide ratification of C190 is a must!

WHY RATIFY ILO COVENTION 190?

"Hundreds or even thousands of workers like me are facing cases of violence and harassment in the workplace but are afraid to open up about their experience, so cases like this keep happening."

What we do

We engage and lobby with governments to urge them to #RatifyC190.

We organise events, webinars, fora, and other awareness raising activities on the violence and harassment at home, at work, and in the community.

We train workers on how to negotiate for their protection at the workplace.

Be part of our ongoing efforts.
